At ArtBrick, each piece is designed, crafted, and packaged with care. Because our artworks are limited, handcrafted, or one-of-a-kind, all sales are considered final. We encourage customers to review product details, dimensions, and photos carefully before purchasing.
However, we stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives with a major defect or has been damaged in transit, you may request an exchange or return under the following conditions:
Eligibility

You must contact us within 15 days of the delivery date.

The issue must involve a significant defect, damage, or an error on our part.

Proof of defect (clear photos or video) is required for review.
Return & Exchange Terms

Approved returns or exchanges must be shipped back in their original packaging or equivalent protective materials.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will confirm approval and issue a replacement or refund accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of our catalog, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
